Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return most items for a refund or exchange. Our policy is designed to be clear, fair and easy to follow.]

How Long You Have to Return

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you would like to return it.
Once approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • Securely packaged in their original packaging (where applicable)

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at info@mizunaart.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm approval and provide the return address and packaging instructions.

  3. Send the item back using a reliable service — we recommend a tracked option.

  4. Please keep your proof of postage until your refund is complete.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty on arrival.

  • International customers are responsible for any return customs charges or import fees.
     

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original delivery charge (at our standard rate).

We may deduct a small amount from your refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging.
