How Long You Have to Return
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.

Who Pays for Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty on arrival.
If you are returning from outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs charges on the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
