  • Frame styles, paper types, and materials are listed clearly on each product page

  • All prints are produced in the UK and individually checked for quality

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, availability, and pricing at any time.

4. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

  • All information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate

  • You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method

We accept major cards and PayPal through a secure checkout system. Payment is taken at the time of order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues. If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded immediately.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices on our website are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout unless UK shipping is free.

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item

  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos.

All artwork, images, designs, branding, logos, photographs, and written content on Mizuna Art are the property of Mizuna Art and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, license, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mizuna Art is not liable for:
