Gift exchanges
Gift purchases have a 30-day exchange window when the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. To arrange an exchange, contact us with your order details.
Your statutory cancellation rights
For most online purchases, you can tell us that you want to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return it. You do not need to give a reason. This does not affect any other rights you have when goods are faulty or not as described.
If an artwork arrives damaged
If an artwork arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it free of charge. You do not need to return the damaged artwork.
