2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. Artwork, photographs, designs, branding and written content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
3. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and show artwork accurately. Colours can appear differently on different screens. The product page gives the available formats, dimensions, price and what is included for that edition.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through Wix hosted checkout. An order is subject to acceptance and availability. The price and selected format are shown before payment. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
5. Delivery
UK delivery is free and normally takes 3–5 days. See the delivery page for current details. If an artwork arrives damaged, it is replaced free of charge under the Arrival Promise.
6. Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Your statutory rights, including applicable online cancellation rights, are unaffected. Gift purchases have a 30-day exchange window when returned in their original condition and packaging. See the returns and exchanges page for details.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, images, designs, branding, photographs and written content on this website belong to Mizuna Art or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, sell, license or distribute them without written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not allow that. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
